Look at all of these kids excited about fitness!Ella has been at CrossFit camp this week and enjoying every minute of it. She's coming home pooped and ready for lunch- translation...she has taken a nap for me everyday this week! I have really enjoyed watching her be so excited about something I'm passionate about as well. CrossFit has become a big part of my life and I am one of the many wackos that will tell you its' addictive! I love seeing my children excited about something that will keep them healthy!
