Ella's new 'Do

Drum Roll Please...

Ta- Da!

I still can't believe we chopped all of her hair off! She's been asking me for a while to cut her hair, but I just wasn't ready to cut it short- she looks so grown up! I finally figured it's just hair and it will always grow back. Plus, I don't want to find her hunkered down in a corner of her room with a pair of scissors in her hands cutting it off herself.
I guess I should explain the second picture. Ella went to her room and started secretly putting on her play make-up. When I called her to tell her I wanted a pic of her new 'do, this is how she came to me. Hey, pick your battles- right moms? It just wasn't worth the arguing.
Ella's really excited about her new look and loves that it makes her look like such a big girl. Now, I'm envious and thinking about getting my hair cut like this- it's so cute!
Brett had his hair cut too, and is demanding to have his pictures put on here too, so I'm sure I'll be posting those later. Luke also had his first haircut this week-what a big boy. I really do wish he would quit growing. Have a happy Friday. I have 2 sick boys home today- not too much fun going on in our house this week.
